  2. Document screening

    Initial verification of eligibility is done through the screening of your résumé and other relevant documents.

  3. Interview

    Interviews are designed to screen individual competencies, including job skill and conformity to organization, and personality in an in-depth manner. Hanwha employs diverse interview techniques, such as presentation, discussion, role play, and English interview, to find the most suitable person for each position.   4. Offer

    Upon results from your medical check-up, your offer will be confirmed.

  4. Negotiation

    Negotiations are conducted on your treatment, including job grade and salary. Negotiations are based on reasonable and fair grounds in accordance with company-specific policies.
